Our organisation, the methods employed and the defined processes have been implemented to support our quality aims in the most effective manner using a risk assessed approach to controlling the desired outcomes.
All policies and procedures are produced and continuously monitored for their effectiveness and suitability by our Directors and maintained by our quality management representative in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
Continuous improvement is achieved through the analysis of recorded quality management system data including customer satisfaction, internal quality audits and external assessment of quality management system by a UKAS accredited organisation.
Our quality management system was first created and has been maintained since 1998.
